We make the snack
and the dip.
You brand it.
Snack & Dip makes dual-compartment trays — one bay for something crunchy, one deep well for the sauce, one peel-back seal across both. Ten flavours on shelf today, and the same lines open for your private label, white label or wholesale programme.

What we do
A factory, not a trading desk.
Recipe development, dual-compartment filling, sealing, artwork and packing all happen under one roof. That is why we can quote a bespoke flavour and still hit a retail price point.
- 01
We develop the pairing
Our kitchen tunes the dip — viscosity, salt, acidity, heat — and matches it to a snack base that stays crunchy next to it for months. Bench samples in about three weeks.
- 02
We fill and seal the tray
Snack and sauce are dosed into the two compartments on the same line and sealed under modified atmosphere, so the wet side never touches the dry side until the consumer peels it.
- 03
We put your brand on it
Tray film, sleeve and shipper printed with your artwork, your barcode and your legal declarations. Ours, yours, or nothing at all — your call.
- 04
We ship it out
Ambient, no cold chain. Palletised, shrink-wrapped and ready to load, with mixed-flavour orders on request.

The signature triangle across the range. Same tooling, same line, ten different flavour builds — which is what keeps minimums low enough to launch a brand on.
The range
Ten flavours. One tray. Your label.
Keep scrolling — every one of these is available as a private-label or white-label build.

Tortillas & Salsa
“Bright tomato, a squeeze of lime, salt on the chip.”
Peel it back
Two compartments. One hand.
Peel the film and the snack is already sitting next to its dip — no bowl, no spoon, no second pack to buy. That is the whole product in one gesture.

Tortilla & Cheddar
Chips on one side, cheddar in the well.

Sweet Hot Mexican
Our spiciest dip, sweet on the front end.

Tortillas & Barbecue
Smoke-forward, low heat tail.

Crackers & Cherry Tomato
Baked crackers, lighter positioning.
Three ways to work with us
Whether you want our brand
or a brand of your own.
The same factory, three commercial routes. Pick the one that matches how much of the product you want to own.
Tray formats
One shape, four commercial sizes.
The triangle is the brand’s signature. Beyond it, the same fill technology runs into slimmer single-serves, retail multipacks and bulk foodservice cases.
Signature Triangle Tray

How it runs
Brief to production in five steps.
A typical timeline from first conversation to finished production run is 10 to 14 weeks, depending on artwork and certification.
- 01
Brief
Tell us the flavour direction, target price and volume. We come back with a feasibility note and an indicative quote.
- 02
Sample
We ship bench samples of the dip and the snack pairing. You taste, we adjust, we repeat until it is right.
- 03
Artwork
You supply brand assets; we adapt them to the tray film, sleeve and shipper die-lines and send proofs.
- 04
Pilot run
A short production run for shelf testing and photography, so nothing is a surprise at scale.
- 05
Production
Full run, QA-released against your spec, palletised and documented.
