Private label
Your recipe. Your artwork.
Our line.
Private label is the full-ownership route. You define the flavour, we develop and validate it, and the finished tray carries nothing but your brand. From first brief to palletised production in 10 to 14 weeks.
- Bespoke formulation
- Your barcode
- MOQ 10,000 trays
- 6–9 months ambient

Ownership
Everything on the pack belongs to you.
The difference between private label and white label is control. Here you control all of it — and you keep the specification.
Recipe
Yours. We develop the dip and snack pairing to your brief — heat level, sweetness, viscosity, regional palate.
Artwork
Yours. Tray film, sleeve and shipper printed with your design, your barcode, your nutritionals.
Brand
Yours. Snack & Dip does not appear anywhere on the pack unless you want it to.
Spec sheet
Yours. You hold the finished-product specification and can list it under your own supplier code.
Development
Six stages from brief to production.
Nothing goes to full production before you have tasted it, seen the artwork on a real tray and validated the shelf life.
- Stage 01
Flavour brief
Bring a target — a competitor pack, a flavour name, or just a market and a price point. We translate it into a formulation brief.
- Stage 02
Bench samples
Two to three dip iterations paired against your chosen snack base, shipped in production trays so you judge the real eating experience.
- Stage 03
Shelf-life validation
Accelerated and real-time testing on the approved formulation to confirm 6 to 9 months ambient without cold chain.
- Stage 04
Artwork adaptation
You supply logo and brand assets. We lay them onto the tray film, sleeve and case die-lines and return print-ready proofs.
- Stage 05
Pilot production
A short run for shelf tests, photography and listing submissions before you commit the full volume.
- Stage 06
Scale-up
Full production against your released spec, QA documented, palletised and ready for collection.
Build the pairing
Pick a snack side. Pick a dip side.
Any base can pair with any dip family, subject to a viscosity and moisture-migration check. That check is free and takes about a week.
Snack bases
Corn tortilla chips
Salted, lightly salted or unsalted. The workhorse base.
Toasted bread bites
Neutral, sturdy, holds thick dips without breaking.
Salted crackers
Baked rather than fried — a lighter positioning.
Biscuit sticks
Sweet base for chocolate and caramel dips.
White mini marshmallows
Sweet line, strongest in kids’ and impulse channels.
Pretzel bites
On request. Requires a minimum of one full run.
Dip families
Tomato & salsa
Mild to hot, smooth or chunky, sweet or acidic.
Cheese sauces
Cheddar, nacho, jalapeño cheese. Ambient stable.
Smoky & barbecue
Smoke intensity and sugar level tuned to market.
Chilli & Mexican
Up to roughly 3,000 SHU for commercial ranges.
Herb & zaatar
Dry blends with olive oil, or wet herb pastes.
Mustard & honey
Sweet-sharp profiles for adult and foodservice.
Chocolate & caramel
Glossy, pourable, stable at ambient.
Olive & mezze
Chunky green olive, muhammara-style, premium tier.
Volumes
Three commitment levels.
Tray-film printing carries a plate cost, so bespoke film becomes economic at the Growth tier. Below that we print the sleeve instead.
Entry
10,000
trays minimum
Single flavour, single format. Stock tray film with a printed sleeve.
Growth
50,000
trays minimum
Up to three flavours, bespoke printed tray film, mixed pallets.
Programme
250,000+
trays minimum
Full range, dedicated tooling, scheduled call-offs and rebates.
Minimums are per flavour per format. A 30,000-tray order split across three flavours is quoted as three entry-tier runs, not one growth-tier run — worth knowing before you plan a range.
