White label vs private label
Speed, or control.
Most customers start white label to prove the category in their market, then move their best sellers to private label once the volume justifies it.

Questions
The things buyers ask first.
▸How fast can I actually be on shelf?
Four to six weeks from artwork approval, assuming a single flavour and stock tray film with a printed sleeve. The long pole is almost always your own retailer listing process, not our production.
▸Can I change the recipe slightly?
Minor changes — salt level, heat level, sweetness — can usually be done inside the white-label route. Anything that alters the base formulation or shelf life moves the project into private label.
▸Do you sell the same flavour to my competitor?
White-label recipes are non-exclusive by design; that is what keeps the cost and the minimum low. If you need a flavour locked to you, take it through private label.
▸What do you need from me to start?
A vector logo, your brand colours, your GTIN, your legal food-business details and the flavours and volumes you want. That is enough for a firm quote and a proof.
▸Can I mix flavours in one order?
Yes. Each flavour has to meet its own 5,000-tray minimum, but they ship on mixed pallets and invoice as one order.
